Refund and Return Policy

At Mowers Online, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds and consumer guarantees work when buying from our website.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns
You may return an item within 30 days of receiving it if it is unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
A change-of-mind return must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Item is in new, resaleable condition
  • All parts, manuals and accessories are included
  • The product has not been fueled, used or operated

Change-of-mind returns may require you to pay return shipping. We will provide the return address and instructions once your request is reviewed.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your mower arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with you to repair, replace or refund the item in line with Australian Consumer Law.
We may request photos or details so our team can assess the issue quickly.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Special-order items
  • Custom configurations
  • Products that have been fueled or used
  • Items marked “Final Sale” (clearly shown on product pages)

5. Refund Timeframes
Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

6. Australian Consumer Law
Your purchase is protected by Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund when goods are faulty or not as described. Nothing in this policy limits your rights.
